We ourselves are stable operators and horse people from Bavaria. Stall Manager was not created on a drawing board, but between the stable aisle, pasture, and evening round.

Anyone who runs a stable knows these days: a failure in the team, sudden weather, open shifts, and countless arrangements at the same time. It was precisely in these situations that Stall Manager was created - from our own everyday life, not from theory.

From a chaos of tasks came clear responsibilities. From 'Who does what?' came a reliable overview for the entire team. Planning, communication, feeding, and documentation now take place in one place - calmly, transparently, and suitable for everyday use. In addition, there is digital support for our barn technology: automated hay racks, equipment control, and water pumps are directly integrated.

Our attitude

We use Stall Manager ourselves every day. That is why we only develop features that really help in the barn. From task planning to everyday technology: automated processes such as hay feeders, pumps, and other devices are considered in a practical way. The IT company is behind Stall Manager received.eu, founded in the year 2011This is not a hobby project of an individual, but a serious product that is managed and further developed by several people within the company.

What happens after the 30 trial days?

In the test, you can also try out the additional modules. For further use, you choose a basic license and additional modules if needed. There is no automatic renewal.

Is the price per horse or per member?

The base costs €2.50 per month or €30 per year for the entire stable, including unlimited members and horses. Additional modules are charged separately. All prices include 19% VAT.

Which modules do I need for a riding school?

The lesson module is intended for planning and booking riding lessons. For top-ups and vouchers, there is the credit and voucher system. Which other modules are useful depends on your processes – we help with that in support.

Can parents manage multiple children?

Yes. Children are recorded as separate family members in the account. Transactions and participations can be assigned to the respective children, while the paying parent account remains separate.

Do everyone have to install an app?

No. Stall Manager also works in the browser. Additionally, apps are available for iOS, Android, and macOS.
